Pageant Days

In '08 I took part in the Miss World Canada Pageant and the Miss Queen of the Islands Canada Pageant. I did it for the experience really, I was interested in how pageants were done and what went on behind the scenes; All I really knew was the finished product I saw on t.v.

There's a lot of glitz 'n glam and we were treated like queens. It's definitely a lifestyle I could get use to.  

We rehearsed and trained for hours and hours, and it was all worth it; we put on a great show in the end. I was also given the opportunity to meet many big names in Canada.
